1st, 2nd, 3rd Meal Catering
(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Dream Cuisine will create a menu to fit any production’s budget. Each meal is billed at a per person rate, ranging from $10 - $25 for 1st Meal service, and $15 - $35 for 2nd and 3rd Meal service.* The chef’s labor (and that of any required assistants) is placed on the production’s payroll.

Craft Service
This is an amenity service, which provides such things as coffee, snacks and special requests.
The chef’s labor (and that of any required assistants) for Craft Service is paid at a rate of $250-$300 each shoot / prep days. Generally speaking, Dream Cuisine bills one ‘prep day’ per three shoot days.
A non-taxable Kit Rental fee covers wear and tear on all catering equipment (i.e.: coolers, coffee machines, dishes, etc.) used on set, throughout the production. Dream Cuisine’s Kit Rental fee is $50-$100 per day.
The production issues Petty Cash to Dream Cuisine 1-3 days before the shoot is scheduled to begin. Upon completion of the production, a Petty Cash Summary is submitted to production and signed off on.
