1st, 2nd, 3rd Meal Catering
(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Dream Cuisine will create a menu to fit any production’s budget. Each meal is billed at a per person rate, ranging from $10 - $25 for 1st Meal service, and $15 - $35 for 2nd and 3rd Meal service.* The chef’s labor (and that of any required assistants) is placed on the production’s payroll.

Craft Service

This is an amenity service, which provides such things as coffee, snacks and special requests.

The chef’s labor (and that of any required assistants) for Craft Service is paid at a rate of $250-$300 each shoot / prep days. Generally speaking, Dream Cuisine bills one ‘prep day’ per three shoot days.

A non-taxable Kit Rental fee covers wear and tear on all catering equipment (i.e.: coolers, coffee machines, dishes, etc.) used on set, throughout the production. Dream Cuisine’s Kit Rental fee is $50-$100 per day.

The production issues Petty Cash to Dream Cuisine 1-3 days before the shoot is scheduled to begin. Upon completion of the production, a Petty Cash Summary is submitted to production and signed off on.

Private Events

For private catered events, our basic menu options are*:

The Cocktail Party: $25 - 80 per person. This 3-hour Cocktail Party includes a selection of eight butlered hors d’oeuvres and two copious stations.

The Buffet: $30 - 100 per person. Your guests are presented with a lavish and sumptuous buffet that is more distinctive or replete based on your budget.

3-Course Sit-Down: $50 - 150 per person. Served tableside, the cost per guest is dependent upon the elaborateness of the menu and will be customized to accommodate your requirements. The premium menu offers your guests an amuse-bouche at seating and a fine selection of petite-fours served with dessert.

*We accept a minimum 25/guest guarantee.

You may offer your guests an additional choice of entrée, side dish or dessert or add a Cocktail Hour before your Dinner or Buffet for an additional per person rate. We customarily provide vegetarian options and with appropriate notice can customize dishes to accommodate any dietary restriction. Please contact us to make a reservation.
