DrivingFrom Brooklyn: Take I-278 E (Brooklyn Queens Expy). Take exit 33 toward Mc Guinness Blvd. Turn left at Humboldt St. Continue on McGuinness Blvd S. Turn left at Huron St . Turn right at Manhattan Ave (destination will be on the left). Arrive at 1073 Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222. From Manhattan: Take the Mid-town tunnel. Slight right to merge onto I-495 E (toll road). Take exit 14 for I-495/21 St/NY-25A toward Long Island City. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-495. Take exit 14 for NY-25/21 St. Merge onto 21st ST/NY-25A. Turn left at Jackson Ave. Slight left at 11th St. Continue on McGuiness Blvd. Turn right at Freeman St. Turn right at Manhattan Ave (destination will be on the left). Arrive at 1073 Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222. From Queens: Take I-495 W. Take exit 16 toward Greenpoint Ave/Hunters Point Ave. Merge onto 51st Ave. Continue on Hunters Point Ave. Turn left at Greenpoint Ave. Turn right at Starr Ave. Turn left at Van Dam St. Slight right at Greenpoint Ave. Turn right at Manhattan Ave (destination will be on the left). Arrive at 1073 Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222. From Long Island: Head west on NY-454/Veterans Hwy/Veterans Memorial Hwy toward 5th Ave. Turn left at Express Dr N. Merge onto I-495 W via the ramp on the left to New York. Take the exit on the left onto Long Island Expy. Take exit 16 toward Greenpoint Ave/Hunters Point Ave. Merge onto 51st Ave. Continue on Hunters Point Ave. Turn left at Greenpoint Ave. Turn right at Starr Ave. Turn left at Van Dam St. Slight right at Greenpoint Ave. Turn right at Manhattan Ave (destination will be on the left). Arrive at 1073 Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222. From New Jersey: Take I-95 N/New Jersey Turnpike N (partial toll road). Slight right at NJ-495 E (signs for Lincoln Tunnel; partial toll road entering New York). Continue on NY-495 E (toll road). Slight left at Dyer Ave (signs for 34 St/I-495/42 St/NY-9A). Turn left at W 34th St (signs for I-495). Turn left at Tunnel Approach St. Slight right to merge onto I-495 E (toll road). Take exit 14 for I-495/21 St/NY-25A toward Long Is City.
