Opened in February 2005, Lamb & Jaffy bistro is the creation of Michael DePrima and Tara Steilen and is a natural extension of their catering company, Dream Cuisine Fine Catering, LLC. Named after their first stuffed animals, Lamb & Jaffy endeavors to bring some bucolic sincerity to compliment The City’s beautiful urban decadence.
